Only a passionate reader with a real love of books could possibly enjoy a visit to a bookshop. Yet a bookshop, just like a library, is not a godown of books. In an ideal bookstore books are stored in such a systematic way so that they are easily traceable. Being in a small town has its own disadvantages and non -availability of good books is one of them. Keeping this and few other points in mind, we have decided to open a new bookstore named Select Book Store in Nagaon, Assam which would store books according to the needs of those avid readers who do not tread the bitten tract.
We, at Select Book Store believe that scholarship is but a judicious selection of books. So, we also hope to prepare lists of good books in an editorial context that helps you choose the right books.
